Nessa Preppy has released her much anticipated debut album, Art Of Flex – a collection of her breakout hits and new music.
Born in Germany to a German father and Trinidadian Mother, Nessa Preppy was five years old when she went to live in Trinidad & Tobago. She took an interest in music from an early age, first with Calypso and then later Hip Hop and Dancehall.
She began to make music in 2012 but it wasn’t until the release of Tingo in 2018 that she was finally able to get some traction. The following year she blew up with Issa Snack and in 2020 her steamy collaboration with Patrice Roberts, Splash became another huge hit.
Not an artiste to be pigeon-holed in any one genre of music, Nessa Preppy’s influences are embodied on Art of Flex, with a fusion of Soca, Dancehall, Hip Hop and RnB shining through on the 11-track album.
