That Spirit can be seen when the rain starts falling in a fete and someone says “put up your hands like umbrella” or it can be felt when you take a mental day to enjoy yourself and be on your worst behaviour. The Spirit of Carnival can be heard at anytime, but one thing is for sure, when it calls you must answer!
